SIDMA College Sarawak Diploma in Management programme is offered to school leavers who are interested in pursuing a career in business management. This programme will provide students with the skills and knowledge in total and integrated aspects of business management and is suitable for those wishing to acquire a sound understanding of all aspects of the management of business. 

Students are taught functional areas of management of a business such as accounting, management, marketing, and human resource management that can be beneficial for career development and organisational development and foster a spirit of entrepreneurship among the students.

COURSE DURATION

The minimum full-time period of study is 2 1/2 years (7 semesters)

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

• Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least credit in three subjects; OR

• A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject; OR

• A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia Malaysia (STAM) with at least Grade Maqbul; OR

• A pass in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in the related field; OR

  • Note: Higher Education Providers (HEPs) need to conduct specific screening and guidance related to the field of the program for the students.

• A Certificate (Level 3, Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) in the related field with at least CGPA of 2.00; OR

• Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.

English Competency Requirement (International Student)
Achieve a minimum Band 3 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) OR equivalent to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (Low) B1.*
